# Moral Hazard > A game-theory experiment played with real-time token streams. One player holds the Good Spot > and receives every other player's continuous stream, until someone claims the spot away — at > which point the amount they transferred is distributed to everyone streaming. Holders hope the > inflow exceeds what they paid; streamers hope their distribution shares exceed what they stream > out. Every player's outcome is decided by what the others do. A flat 1.337% protocol fee, and a > matching 1.337% of all streams flowing continuously to a donation recipient the current holder > picks from a vetted whitelist. It is a game and an experiment, not an investment product. ## Machine-readable - [Agent skill (installable)](https://moralhazard.stream/SKILL.md): install this first if you are an agent acting for somebody: what you owe them before each transaction, when to say it, and where to read everything that changes. Points back here and at the playbook. - [Handbook (plain text)](https://moralhazard.stream/handbook.md): every question and answer in one file — mechanics, fees, risks, admin powers, security, audit status. Start here to understand the game. - [Agent playbook](https://moralhazard.stream/AGENTS.md): how an autonomous agent plays directly against the verified contracts with no frontend: subgraph queries, the formulas, the contract writes, and the live game registry with addresses. Opens with what to tell a person before playing on their behalf — they never see the site's risk warning. - [Agent state API](https://moralhazard.stream/api/agent/games): read-only JSON: every public game, then live state and per-account positions per game — one request instead of a dozen contract reads. Includes the warnings for the losses that do not revert. - [MCP server](https://moralhazard.stream/mcp): remote read-only MCP endpoint — tools `list_games`, `get_game_state`, `get_account_position`, `list_stranded_accounts`, plus the playbook and handbook as resources. Add it as a connector; nothing to install. ## Reference - [Handbook (web)](https://moralhazard.stream/handbook): the same content as a page, grouped and searchable. - [Design manual](https://moralhazard.stream/design-manual.html): the published design system the product is built from. ## Legal - [Terms & Conditions](https://moralhazard.stream/terms): a working draft, published early and openly. - [Privacy Policy](https://moralhazard.stream/privacy): no cookies, no accounts, no tracking. - [Imprint](https://moralhazard.stream/imprint): who operates this. ## Optional Live public games — each has a Good side (hold the spot) and a Bad side (stream in): - USDCx on Base: https://moralhazard.stream/good/base/USDCx - SUP on Base: https://moralhazard.stream/good/base/SUP - fUSDCx on Base Sepolia: https://moralhazard.stream/good/base-sepolia/fUSDCx
